Buyers agree to pay for all orders placed through the platform. Fleepness facilitates payments to sellers and riders according to the terms agreed upon in their respective contracts. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Fleepness reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fleepness does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all liability for any harm or damages arising from your use of the platform.
